What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is 100% human hair that is unprocessed and has not been altered with chemicals or mixed with synthetic hair

What is the difference between a frontal and a closure?
A frontal is a hair system which includes a 13 inch strip of lace which has hair strands inserted into it. This system covers the hairline from ear to ear.
A closure is a hair system which covers a portion of the hairline. The size of the strip of lace which created the illusion of your hair ranges from 2 inches to 7 inches.
The wider the lace, the more area of the hair it covers however ultimately if you would like to cover your entire hairline, a frontal is much more appropriate.
The frontal also gives the most versatility.
How do I order a customised handmade wig?
Send an email to info@ihairandco.com, request a call back or via live chat with the style, texture, lengths and density. Additional requirements including adjustable wig straps and frontal options can be included and we will send you back an invoice detailing the cost of production for this unit.
How do I pay for my unit?
You can also pay via Bank Transfer or PayPal. Please proceed to through the checkout process and at payment, choose alternative payment.
Can I send my hair in to be made into a wig?
Yes! Please contact us via live chat or email to organise sending your hair and the desired look and the you will receive the forwarding address.

Standard Units: 3-5 working days in the UK
Custom Units: up to 5 working days in the UK
Bank holidays and weekends are not included
How long does the hair usually last?
A minimum of 12+ months to four years depending on how you maintain it
Can I dye my unit?
Yes
How do I manage my unit once I’ve received it?
Always use a heat protectant before applying any heat to your hair. Weekly wash is highly recommended and a light use of serums is also recommended.
How can I return/exchange my items or send my wig in for a service?
Due to hygiene standards and regulations, refunds are not permitted on units.
